Returns, Refunds & Replacement Policy – Transit Perfume
No Return / No Replacement Policy
Due to the personal and hygiene-sensitive nature of perfumes, all sales are final.
Transit Perfume does not accept returns or replacements under any circumstances.
Refund Policy
We offer refunds only in the following cases:
1. Damaged Product
If you receive a damaged product:
- Report within 24–48 hours of delivery
- Share a complete unboxing video (mandatory)
After verification, a full refund will be processed.
2. RTO (Return to Origin) Cases
If an order is returned back to us due to:
- Customer unavailable
- Incorrect address
- Refusal to accept the order
Then:
- The order will be marked as RTO
- Refund will be processed after deducting applicable shipping charges
No Replacement Policy
Transit Perfume follows a strict no replacement policy.
Eligible cases will be resolved through refunds only
